Company Policies: I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to all, the following policies are in place:
Cancellations 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or changing an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment during that time slot. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount for your appointment if you reschedule or, in the case of prepaid sessions, your prepaid session will be considered forfeit. Additionally, if you paid a deposit, it will not be refunded or applied to any future sessions and will be considered forfeit. Coupons will be void if the 24 hour cancellation policy is not honored. The coupon company will be notified and no refunds shall be given.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full price for the missed appointment, due at your next visit, or in the case of pre-paid sessions, your session will be considerd forfeit. Additionally, if you paid a deposit, it will not be refunded or applied to any future sessions and will be considered forfeit. Coupons will be void under the "no-show" policy - the coupon company will be notified and no refunds will be allowed.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session price.
Occassionally, I have to make minor changes to appointment times and will notify you of the change via phone call , text message. It is your responsibility to read emails and Check voicemails and text messages from me regarding appointments. Your final reminder email / tx, sent 3 days prior to your appointment, will have your correct time noted. Please contact me if the time change will not fit your schedule.
Refunds Refunds are not given for any discounted rates or promotional offers including prepaid sessions. Requests for refunds for an online coupon need to be made directly through the coupon company; exceptions to this are "no-shows" and not honoring the 24 hour cancellation policies outlined above. There are no refunds for a deposit paid if you do not show for your appointment or adhere to the 24 hour cancellation policy and your balance for your "full" session fee will be due at your next session.
Gift certificates have an expiration date of one year from the date they were purchased.
Expired Coupons ALL COUPONS HAVE NOW PASSED THEIR EXPIRATION DATES (as well as the 3 month time period following as outlined below) and are no longer vaild.
Full value of coupons will be honored as long as appointment is booked prior to expiration date and appointment is kept. Appointment cannot be rescheduled. Also, please see policies regarding 24 hour notice for cancellations and no shows. Expired coupons that have not been booked prior to expiration will have the value paid (not full value of offer) that can be applied to any future appointment within a 3 month time period from the expiration date. (Example: You paid $25 for a 60 minute massage and did not book your appointment in time. Your $25 spent can be applied to the $80 standard rate for a 60 minute massage making your appointment expense $55.)
Appointment Time Frame Your 60 or 90 minute session will begin 5-7 minutes after you are brought back to my office. This should be enough time for you to catch me up on how you are doing, let me know what we are going to focus on that day, and to get on the table. If you feel that you need more time to talk, it will be a part of your session time.
These time constraints apply to all sessions as well as Zen Zone Therapy, although a Zen Zone Theapy session involves only 15 or 30 minutes sessions. To insure that we have the full time needed to go over the large quantity of information that I have to share with you. Plane on arrving to fit in all your Zen time .
Package Policies Terms for Invest in Your Health! Packages:
Packages expire 365 days from date of purchase.
One session expires every 60 days from date of purchase, if not used. (Procrastination increases stress! Excess stress hormones are toxic in the body! Make your health investment work for you!)
There are no refunds on discounted packages/sessions.
Cancellation Policy above applies to all sessions in package.
Individual sessions or entire package (including package terms) may be gifted or transferred to someone special.

Please consider our time together as you would with any other kind of therapist. Your appointment time is 100% yours to use as you like, but your session has a finite time frame that will be upheld.
